Principal's Letter

Dear Parent(s):

Welcome to the 2010-2011 school year.  All of us at Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School are looking forward to a great school year.  The Welcome Mass and Picnic sponsored by the Crusader Club was a wonderful start to the year.  Thanks to all the Crusader Club members who worked so hard on the picnic.

The “prescribed dress code” is working well, and the overall spirit in the school is high.

A special thanks to the maintenance department for all their hard work over the summer is in order.  The beauty of the building and grounds contributes to the welcoming and pleasant environment, and we are grateful for their efforts.

When dropping off and picking up your children, please do not stop in front of the building beside the orange cones.  Proceed to the end of the building and turn right for drop-off or continue into the far parking lot near Our Lady of Perpetual Help.  Both the library and cafeteria doors are open in the morning.  As good neighbors, we try not to cause a traffic backup on Princess Anne Road.  Please help us in this endeavor.

Thanks for the trust you have placed in us for the education of your children. Together with you we will see that they are being prepared for the rest of their lives.

• September 2 - Ninth Grade Parents’ Back to School Night   7:00 p.m. – begins in the Theater 
• September 9 - Upper-class Parents’ Back to School Night  7:00 p.m. – begins in the Theater
• September 10 - First Semester Drop/Add Deadline
• September 16 - Underclass pictures taken – during school  
• September 22 - College Night for Seniors/Parents  7:00 p.m. - Theater 
• September 29 & 30 - Senior Kronos Retreat
• October 1 - Last day to turn in summer Community Service Hours
